Team Leader – Sales & Account Management (Athens)

About the role

Holidu is looking for a dynamic Team Leader to head its Sales & Account Management team in Athens. You will drive growth of the vacation‑rental portfolio in Greece, acquire new hosts and nurture long‑term relationships while fostering a high‑performing team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 11 sales and account managers to achieve ambitious targets.
• Grow the vacation‑rental portfolio by acquiring new hosts and expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Train, coach and develop team members, promoting a collaborative spirit.
• Manage the largest customer accounts personally and ensure their satisfaction.
• Strengthen Holidu’s brand presence in the Greek market.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Account Management to improve product, processes and best practices.
• Participate in regular customer visits alongside team members.

Required profile

• Strong seller personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in sales and/or account management, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Natural leadership abilities and experience coaching teams.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for the vacation‑rental sector.

Required skills

What we offer

• On‑target earnings (OTE) between €44,000 and €53,240 gross per year (80% fixed, 20% variable).
• Variable pay with a multiplier up to 1.3× for strong over‑achievement and potential earnings up to 350% of the variable target.
