Team Lead – Customer Care & Compliance

About the role

Otis is seeking a proactive Team Lead to manage its Customer Care and Certification & Registration Administration teams in Athens. You will ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are resolved efficiently while overseeing the administrative processes required for elevator certifications and registrations with local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Customer Care Team to deliver high‑quality service to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee handling of customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate activities related to elevator certifications with external certification bodies.
• Ensure timely registration of elevators with municipalities and relevant authorities.
• Guide the Certification & Registration Administration Team in daily tasks.
• Monitor team performance, workload, and service quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Sales and other departments to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in administration, customer service or operations support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a problem‑solving approach.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
