Tax Specialist

About the role

Allwyn Hellas is seeking a Tax Specialist to ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of tax obligations across its entities. You will safeguard compliance with Greek tax legislation while providing trusted guidance that supports business growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor tax legislation changes and advise on business impact.
• Support tax regulation interpretation and optimisation initiatives.
• Participate in new product and service launches from a tax perspective.
• Calculate and submit monthly and annual tax obligations on time.
• Monitor tax payments and refunds to ensure compliance.
• Issue tax certificates accurately and promptly.
• Support internal and external tax audits.
• Prepare regulatory and ad‑hoc tax reports.
• Update tax and accounting systems with relevant transactions.

Required profile

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in tax management within audit firms or large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of tax legislation, regulations, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and tax reporting processes.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and results‑orientation.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
