Talent Acquisition Specialist – EMEA

About the role

Guidepoint is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead early‑career and junior hiring across the EMEA region. Based in Athens, you will work in a hybrid model, reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborating with a global team of 30+ recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for campus programs and corporate/junior to mid‑level positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and post‑offer engagement.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and talent forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and student organisations.
• Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions to promote Guidepoint’s employer brand.
• Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardise processes and share best practices across regions.
• Drive data‑driven improvements using recruitment metrics, reporting and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on campus or early‑career talent.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to influence hiring decisions.
