Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

Dialectica is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its high‑volume recruiting team. In this role you will help attract and engage top talent for a fast‑growing global insights company, ensuring a seamless candidate experience that reflects the company’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Engage candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering a positive experience aligned with Dialectica’s culture.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, talent databases and direct outreach.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails and social networks to arrange introductory meetings.
• Screen resumes and cover letters, assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Perform structured behavioral interviews and candidate assessments.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and related databases.
• Represent the employer brand at career events and presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
