HR Generalist – Athens (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join BSS’s HR team in Athens. The position offers a hybrid work model and the chance to develop expertise across recruitment, employee lifecycle, and people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment and selection for internal hires and client projects.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, HR documentation and manage employee lifecycle administration.
• Assist with compliance to Greek labor legislation and internal HR policies.
• Contribute to compensation & benefits processes, performance management, people analytics and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment or HR operations.
• Basic knowledge of Greek labor law and familiarity with ERGANI.
• Strong organizational, communication and confidentiality skills.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of SoftOne (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERGANI system.
