System Administrator / Engineer – International Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator / Engineer to join our team in Greece and support a portfolio of international projects. The role involves ensuring the reliability, security and performance of our IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain core IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications and servers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking and system issues promptly.
• Implement and manage access controls, backups and firewalls to guarantee security and data integrity.
• Install, configure and upgrade software and hardware components.
• Administer network devices, servers and related technology tools.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in server‑side technology and networked computing systems.
• Strong background with Linux operating systems.
• Experience with enterprise backup/recovery procedures and performance‑monitoring tools.
• Hands‑on experience in virtualization and general IT operations.
• Availability for on‑call rotation to address emergency incidents.
