Supply Planner – EU Shaver

About the role

As a member of the Supply Planning Europe Shaver team, you will own end‑to‑end production, co‑packing and distribution planning for BIC’s shaver portfolio across 25 European countries. You will work closely with factories, logistics hubs and cross‑functional teams to ensure demand is met on time and inventory is optimised.

Key responsibilities

• Build and align weekly constrained production plans with factories; monitor execution and challenge deviations.
• Prepare and drive monthly supply review (IBP) meetings to define medium‑long‑term production plans, accounting for maintenance, shutdowns and new product launches.
• Manage weekly co‑packing work orders and coordinate shipments from factories to European hubs and onward to 8 local distribution centres.
• Develop scenarios for supply constraints, communicate short‑term issues to Demand Planning, Logistics and STPA to maximise OTIF.
• Optimise bulk and finished‑goods inventory, implement actions to reduce overstock such as unpacking or rebalancing.
• Lead or support projects on sourcing changes, line transfers, MOQ optimisation and IT enhancements of planning tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in demand or supply planning within a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with S&OP/IBP processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience working in a complex, cross‑functional, matrixed and multicultural setting.
