Supply Chain Manager / Supervisor – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager / Supervisor to coordinate and optimise supply‑chain activities across Greece for a leading international company in commercial and industrial refrigeration, heating and cooling solutions. The role ensures on‑time deliveries, supports cost efficiency and drives continuous improvement while working closely with Operations, Service, Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure on‑time deliveries and minimise supply‑chain disruptions.
• Lead, coach and develop the local supply‑chain team.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships, support sourcing initiatives and contract management.
• Participate in budgeting, reporting, forecasting and international supply‑chain projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in supply‑chain, procurement or purchasing, preferably in a structured corporate or technical environment.
• Demonstrated experience in team coordination, supervision or people management.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Required skills

• English – written and spoken.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
