About the role
As the Nike Store Lead you will build the bond between the consumer and the brand by delivering top‑level service and sharing powerful brand stories in a retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize exceptional customer service, sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
- Handle complex transactions and customer service situations.
- Provide expertise in areas such as shipping and receiving, cashier duties and customer service.
- Assist managers with onboarding and training programs for associates.
- Support loss‑prevention efforts through proactive customer service and coordinate the work of other associates.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of retail experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
