About the role

As a Store Team Lead you will be the bridge between customers and the Nike brand, delivering exceptional service and sharing compelling brand stories in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service using sales techniques and product knowledge to match customers with the right products.
Handle complex transactions and challenging customer service situations.
Maintain expertise in areas such as shipping & receiving, cashier duties, and overall customer service.
Support managers with onboarding and training programs for new associates.
Assist loss‑prevention efforts through proactive customer engagement.
Coordinate the work of fellow associates and may hold key‑holder responsibilities.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
