International Sales & Business Development Partner

About the role

The Sports Lab is seeking an International Sales & Business Development Partner to accelerate its global expansion. You will leverage your network and expertise in the betting and iGaming sectors to create new revenue streams and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with sportsbook operators, betting platforms, affiliates and other industry partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure they align with company growth targets.
• Translate relationships into sustainable, long‑term collaborations.
• Track performance against targets and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or partnerships within the betting/iGaming industry.
• Established international network with contacts across sportsbook operators and related platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven approach.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
