About the role

Pfizer is seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Product Manager to lead the AI, Data Analytics & Reporting product area, driving strategy, development and adoption of digital platforms that improve GCS operational efficiency and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for AI, Data Analytics & Reporting products.
Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement.
Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure product success, user adoption and business impact.
Lead a cross‑functional product team of engineers, data scientists, designers and user supporters.
Collaborate with GCS and Digital stakeholders to translate operational challenges into product opportunities.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
7+ years of experience in data, analytics, engineering, digital delivery or product management.
5+ years of hands‑on product management or ownership for digital, data or AI products.
Proven ability to work in agile teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

AI and machine learning concepts.
Data science and analytics.
Modern AI tools for building proofs of concept.
Agile and Scrum methodologies.
