Associate, Cyber Resilience

About the role

Join Pfizer’s digital and data‑first strategy to protect the integrity and confidentiality of critical health data. As an Associate in Cyber Resilience you will support security initiatives across the organization, contributing directly to patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide security representation on business and technology projects to ensure secure outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts, conduct assessments, and support incident response activities.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Produce security risk management KPIs and metrics to drive risk reduction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of information security principles and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Familiarity with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and network protocols.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for problem solving and productivity.
