Spa Supervisor / Receptionist

About the role

Ella Resorts is seeking a Spa Supervisor / Receptionist to ensure seamless operation of the Spa and Fitness facilities at the newly renovated Rocrita Lifestyle Beach Resort in Mochlos, Crete. The role combines front‑desk responsibilities with supervisory duties, supporting the Spa Manager in delivering a high‑standard guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule spa appointments efficiently, considering therapist availability, guest preferences and profitability.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out processes, process payments and maintain organized transaction records.
• Maintain stock of spa products and supplies and utilize hotel and spa software.
• Interact with guests, provide information on treatments, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Promote wellness services, upsell retail products and participate in promotional events.
• Ensure SOPs, grooming standards and hygiene/safety protocols are followed; supervise staff in the Spa Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• EU citizen passport.
• Degree in Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within 5‑star hotels.
• Strong verbal and written English; additional language a plus.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Atlantis spa software (desirable).
