Housekeeping Valet / General Duties Attendant

About the role

Ella Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Valet / General Duties Attendant to support the Housekeeping Department in delivering a seamless guest experience. The role involves managing guest and staff laundry, handling linen movements, and assisting with daily housekeeping operations across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, record and deliver guest laundry and dry‑cleaning items, ensuring timely service.
• Process uniforms and staff laundry according to established procedures.
• Sort, distribute and replenish clean linen, towels and amenities to floor pantries and guest areas.
• Maintain organized, clean and well‑stocked linen and uniform rooms.
• Assist Room Attendants and Supervisors with room supply replenishment and back‑of‑house cleaning tasks.
• Report and deliver lost‑and‑found items following resort policy.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and sustainability standards in all activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort housekeeping or laundry role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fabric care, equipment handling and cleaning standards.
• Ability to communicate in English at a basic level; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and a trustworthy, guest‑service orientation.
• Physical stamina for moderate lifting and moving linen carts.
• Valid driving licence and professional appearance.
