Site Nurse

About the role

The Riviera Tower construction project in Elliniko seeks a dedicated Site Nurse to run the on‑site First Aid Station. Working independently, you will provide immediate medical care, coordinate occupational health services, and support the overall health and safety culture on a large‑scale building site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the First Aid Station autonomously without on‑site physician presence.
• Deliver immediate first‑aid treatment for accidents and medical emergencies.
• Schedule and coordinate visits with the Occupational Physician.
• Maintain daily shift logs and handover reports.
• Conduct health‑related training and awareness sessions for site personnel.
• Collaborate closely with the Health & Safety Manager on health and safety matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (university‑level preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Good command of English, the official working language of the site.
• Valid First Aid and BLS certification (or equivalent/higher).
• Availability to work rotated shifts (Monday–Saturday).
• Ability to work autonomously and responsibly in a construction‑site environment.
