Junior Clinical Trial Assistant

About the role

Veeda Lifesciences is looking for a Junior Clinical Trial Assistant to support its growing international clinical trials program in Athens, Greece. The role focuses on creating, maintaining and quality‑controlling essential trial documentation within the Trial Master File (TMF) and electronic TMF (eTMF) systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and set‑up of TMF/eTMF for assigned studies under guidance of the TMF Manager.
• Create and organize Study, Country and Site files according to TMF indexes and filing structures.
• Receive, file and track essential clinical documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely filing.
• Perform document quality checks and assist with TMF reconciliation and periodic completeness reviews.
• Prepare documentation for audits and inspections and liaise with Clinical Operations and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• Previous experience in clinical research or related scientific environment; basic understanding of ICH‑GCP principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with electronic document management systems (eTMF).
