Service Technician

About the role

The Service Technician will join Real Motion’s on‑site team in Glifádha, providing installation, maintenance and repair services for premium fitness, Pilates and wellness equipment at client locations and company‑managed centres.

Key responsibilities

• Install new fitness equipment and perform routine inspections to ensure safety and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults, carrying out timely repairs.
• Conduct field service visits, document work performed and report findings.
• Order, replace and manage spare parts to minimise equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule service requests and support project installations.
• Interact with clients and fitness staff, offering guidance on equipment use and care.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of fitness or gym equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Field service background with on‑site assessments and reporting.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical schematics; ability to read manuals.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple service requests.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Glifádha, including occasional flexible hours.
• Relevant technical training or vocational certification preferred.
