About the role

Cegeka is looking for a Service Desk Agent to join its 24/7 multi‑customer Service Desk. As a member of the 1st Level Team, you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling incidents and requests outside regular business hours.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for calls, emails, and tickets through the self‑service portal and internal ticketing tools, adhering to agreed SLA targets.
Escalate urgent incidents to the standby agent promptly.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, tablets, thin clients, and printers.
Assess each ticket for complexity, impact, and priority to determine appropriate actions.
Assist in the preparation of operational reports.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong customer support abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
Good technical aptitude for hardware/software troubleshooting and remote connectivity.
