Senior Project Manager

About the role

Neurosoft, a leading Managed Services Provider in Cyber Security and Technology Solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own and deliver moderately to highly complex IT projects for key customers and public‑sector engagements in Greece and Cyprus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, high‑risk IT projects across multiple customers.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, resources, communications and procurement.
• Track progress, manage changes, mitigate risks and ensure alignment with project baselines.
• Monitor financial performance, support revenue recognition and invoicing in accordance with IAS.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors.
• Actively manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, quality reviews and participate in ISO audits.
• Apply and improve project‑management standards, tools and best practices.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance on project‑management topics as needed.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in IT or Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of project‑management experience in the IT/High‑Tech sector.
• Proven track record delivering public‑sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies (practitioner level).
• Excellent time‑management, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
