Senior Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

Hypertech S.A. is seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT and digital transformation initiatives for EU institutions and international organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Participate in presales activities and prepare tenders for EU institutions and international organisations.
• Identify client business needs and translate them into operational IT solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and agreed quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to turn ideas into results.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar project management role.
• Hands‑on knowledge of digital transformation and emerging technologies.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
