System Administrator – Enterprise IT Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a System Administrator with solid experience in enterprise environments to ensure reliable and secure operation of our corporate infrastructure. The role focuses on administration and evolution of a Microsoft‑ and VMware‑based IT environment, handling day‑to‑day operations, complex issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and related services.
• Administer Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and WSUS.
• Support Windows Server Failover Clustering and ensure high availability of clustered services.
• Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter infrastructure and the Horizon virtual desktop environment.
• Maintain Veeam Backup & Replication jobs, repositories and perform restore activities.
• Provide technical support for Fortinet security solutions (FortiGate, FortiProxy, FortiClient/VPN).
• Develop and run PowerShell scripts for automation and bulk operations.
• Apply security patches, assist in vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, deployments and other infrastructure projects from testing to production.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Administrator, Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and related services.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware vSphere and VDI technologies.
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and Fortinet security products.
• Good understanding of information security principles and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Proficient English communication skills.
