Senior CRA / Site Monitor II

About the role

Excelya is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Site Monitor II) to join its Clinical Operations team. You will ensure high‑quality clinical trial data, compliance with ICH‑GCP and local regulations, and support investigators across oncology studies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site and remote monitoring visits according to the Clinical Monitoring Plan.
• Verify source documents, medical records and equipment status to confirm protocol adherence.
• Identify, report and follow up on protocol deviations and adverse event queries.
• Maintain accurate tracking of observations, action items and resolution status.
• Collaborate with Site Managers, investigators and internal teams to prepare for inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of clinical monitoring experience in oncology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent scientific education.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
