Senior Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Controller to lead the controlling function and act as the primary finance business partner for our operations, supply chain, and production teams. Reporting directly to the CFO/Managing Director, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, drive ERP implementation, and support strategic investment decisions in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the controlling function, delivering monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAS and IFRS.
• Partner with operations, supply chain and production to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
• Lead ERP finance and controlling module rollout, customizing the system to meet group and local requirements.
• Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Prepare dashboards, key‑figure reports and ad‑hoc analyses for plant and division management.
• Manage product cost calculations, project and investment controlling, and support pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Greek financial regulations, subsidies and cost‑accounting principles.
• Collaborate with Group Controlling for global reporting integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in controlling, preferably in an international manufacturing company.
• Proven experience in ERP rollout (SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Fluency in Greek and English and solid knowledge of IFRS.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and communication abilities.
