Senior Brand Manager

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to shape and execute the communication strategy for the Vodafone brand, driving consideration and differentiation across markets. Reporting to the Brand, Customer Insights & Sponsorships Manager, you will lead campaigns for the network, purpose‑led initiatives and brand‑driven actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication strategies and plans from brief to execution for Vodafone Network, purpose‑led initiatives and brand‑driven activities.
• Coordinate key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
• Maintain brand positioning and ensure consistency with global brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Monitor competitor communications, market trends and consumer insights to inform strategy.
• Manage the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget to maximise impact while staying on budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 5.5 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Advertising.
• Proven ability to drive insight‑led, customer‑focused campaigns and deliver business results.
• Digital and agile literate with a strong analytical mindset.
• BSc in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
• Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
