Account Manager – Fashion Digital

About the role

We manage some of the most exciting Greek fashion brands, and our office in Halandri is where we build and execute their digital presence. We’re looking for a full‑time, in‑house Account Manager who brings serious experience and genuine passion for the craft. If you are an enthusiastic, positive team player with a proven background in the fashion industry and can turn strategy into reality, this is your spot.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communication, defining digital strategy, and ensuring campaigns meet their exact needs.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to propose creative concepts, visual directions, and copy ideas for monthly social media calendars.
• Create, launch, and manage organic and paid social media campaigns throughout the project life cycle.
• Own the email marketing channel from strategy and copywriting to campaign setup, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee offline and print materials (store window graphics, stickers, packaging, flyers) by briefing the design team and coordinating production.
• Set marketing KPIs, analyse data, extract actionable insights, and generate comprehensive reports for clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new technologies, algorithms, and digital trends, sharing knowledge with internal and client teams.
