Senior Associate

About the role

The Senior Associate will join Elithos Boutique Audit & Advisory in Chalkida, working on audit and advisory engagements with a hybrid work model. The role involves planning, executing, and documenting assignments while interacting directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit and advisory engagements.
• Perform detailed financial and compliance analysis.
• Prepare clear, well‑documented working papers and reports.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to assess client risks and recommend process improvements.
• Engage with clients to gather information, explain findings, and support long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Strong audit and advisory experience, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning.
