Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Transfer Pricing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate or Assistant Manager to join KPMG Greece’s Transfer Pricing team. Reporting to a Manager, you will work closely with tax professionals to deliver high‑quality transfer pricing services to our multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports for clients.
• Analyse industry trends, value drivers and economic risks affecting client businesses.
• Conduct functional, asset and risk analyses and perform benchmarking studies.
• Assist in developing and updating transfer pricing policies.
• Collaborate with the broader tax group to align on tax strategy objectives.
• Process data and produce analytical reports, articles and other deliverables.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience with a multinational organization handling transfer pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to present complex information clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
