Senior AI Security Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior security engineer who will protect the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem across our enterprise. You will design, build and operate AI security controls that safeguard prompts, models, agents, data flows and the surrounding infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and integrate AI security technologies such as LLM gateways, MCP gateways, prompt guardrails, AI firewalls, AI DLP controls and AI Security Posture Management platforms.
• Build cybersecurity‑focused AI agents and automation workflows for risk analysis, threat detection and executive visibility.
• Develop solution designs and technical architecture patterns for securing GenAI applications, RAG pipelines and cloud‑hosted AI services.
• Own the end‑to‑end production lifecycle of AI security solutions, from proof‑of‑concept to continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging AI, GenAI, LLM and agentic AI technologies and manage their deployment on Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience operationalising emerging AI security technologies in large enterprise environments.
• Strong engineering judgment to turn concepts into production‑ready designs and implementations.
• Deep understanding of identity as a core element of AI security, including access controls for agents, workloads and gateways.
• Ability to assess new AI security vendors quickly and determine fit for scale and integration.

Required skills

• Python (or similar scripting language) for automation and API integration.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of LLM gateways, MCP gateways, prompt guardrails, AI firewalls, AI DLP and AI Security Posture Management technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management for AI identity and access control.
