Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team at Kaizen Gaming. The role focuses on managing daily accounting operations at headquarters, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting audit processes as the company continues to scale globally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting tasks for the headquarters.
• Analyze monthly financial results and ensure timely, accurate reporting in line with Group policies.
• Coordinate the annual financial audit, preparing required information and overseeing the process.
• Collaborate with external auditors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and internal tax, accounts payable, and treasury teams.
• Deliver ad‑hoc requests and contribute to special projects as needed.
• Support and optimise the ERP system, gathering data to produce comprehensive financial reports.
• Provide leadership with timely updates on tasks, results, and any issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master’s degree or ACCA/ACA qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of financial reporting/accounting experience in an international corporate environment.
• Experience with formal audit processes and strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and able to manage creative solutions under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Business Central (ERP) – experience considered an asset.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS standards.
