Sales Team Leader

About the role

FlexCar, a fast‑growing car‑leasing scale‑up, is looking for a Sales Team Leader to head its sales force in Athens. You will lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of Sales Representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and surpass performance targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
• Drive team productivity and ensure successful conversion of incoming customer leads.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback and support to improve team capabilities.
• Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on business objectives and customer needs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives within the sales department.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader or similar sales management role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
