Sales Team Leader – International Hunter (Corporate Travel Tech)

About the role

Figame.com, the leading corporate travel tech provider in Greece, is expanding across Europe and needs a proactive Sales Team Leader to drive international growth. You will lead a mixed team in Greece and abroad while personally hunting new corporate accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team operating in Greece and other European markets.
• Prospect, outreach, and close new international corporate accounts, opening fresh markets.
• Design and implement outbound sales processes, including pipeline management and follow‑up.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and hold the team accountable.
• Gather market intelligence and feed insights back into product positioning, pricing, and sales strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of fast‑cycle, high‑volume outbound sales experience in tech, SaaS or digital services.
• Proven track record of personally generating new deals, not just managing existing accounts.
• Experience selling internationally and working across multiple time zones.
• Demonstrated ability or strong desire to lead and mentor a small sales team.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
