Sales Representative

About the role

Vimachem is expanding its Industrial Equipment Division in Greece and seeks a motivated Sales Representative to support food and beverage manufacturers. The role offers hands‑on training in industrial machinery and a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food‑and‑beverage packaging sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Participate in customer meetings and site visits together with senior sales colleagues.
• Understand client production challenges and propose suitable equipment solutions.
• Conduct market research, generate leads through cold calling and targeted email campaigns.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and follow‑up on order status.
• Support sales reporting and analysis by collecting relevant data.

Required profile

• Early‑stage sales experience or a strong interest in industrial sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits within Greece.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
