About the role

Callista is a Greek company specializing in handcrafted leather goods. The Sales Associate at Callista is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the point of sale, promoting the company’s handcrafted products and services, and working together with the Sales Advisor team to achieve the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
• Contribute to achieving the sales targets of the point of sale
• Maintain the point of sale and visual presentation to the highest standards
• Participate in merchandise deliveries and ensure proper stock management
• Handle cash register operations and transactions
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the point of sale

Required profile

• 2–3 years of previous experience in a similar retail position, ideally within a luxury brand
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer‑oriented mindset and strong commercial awareness
• Team spirit and flexibility

Required skills

• Knowledge of POS systems
• Basic computer applications
