Sales Export Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Export Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team and contribute to the growth of AGROVIM abroad. The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, develop new business opportunities and drive profitable sales growth. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Present products, negotiate commercial agreements and secure new listings.
• Achieve sales targets, distribution objectives and commercial KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to increase product distribution and sales.
• Monitor customer performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments and customer requests.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute commercial plans effectively.
• Provide market intelligence and regular feedback to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of successful FMCG sales experience.
• Proven experience with retail chains, wholesalers, distributors or foodservice accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and highly organized.
• Good command of English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
