Sales Executive – Events & Banqueting

About the role

Golf Prive is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join its Events & Banqueting team. The role focuses on driving sales of corporate and social events, building client relationships and uncovering new business opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales for corporate events, social functions, meetings and banqueting services.
• Identify, approach and secure new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Manage event enquiries, prepare tailored proposals and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections and events as required.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Contribute to the annual sales strategy and monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years proven experience in banquet, event or hospitality sales within a premium venue.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both corporate and social events.
• Strong sales, negotiation and business development capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
