Sales & Project Administrative Assistant

About the role

LiNE UP design is looking for a Sales & Project Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across sales, customer service, project development and office administration. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails and direct communications to the appropriate departments.
• Provide customer service by answering inquiries, delivering information about services and following up on requests.
• Prepare and send financial offers, quotations, presentations and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead and customer lists, supporting sales follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors, managing quotations, orders and tracking deliveries.
• Organise project‑related purchases, deliveries, materials and documentation.
• Maintain company files, client records, project documentation and internal databases.
• Support office operations including filing, meeting coordination, supply management and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English.
• Degree from a vocational training institute, technical educational institute or university.
• High work ethics, self‑motivation and reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑spirit, time‑management and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using technology, search engines and professional networks.
