Sales Customer Service Specialist

About the role

OB Streem is seeking a Sales Customer Service Specialist to support day‑to‑day sales activities from its Piraeus office. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the sales team, ensuring excellent communication and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of potential customers, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop sales strategies and generate new prospects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports, monitor targets and report deviations to management.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of prospective customers, contact details and sales activity status.
• Oversee contract maintenance, monitoring renewals and contribute to process improvement discussions.

Required profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role; international market experience is a plus.
