Sales Assistant – Full‑Time (40h) – Athens Outlet

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Assistants for our Designer Outlet store in Athens. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) and focuses on delivering a luxurious customer experience while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the sales process, providing product knowledge and personalized styling advice.
• Drive sales using brand‑specific selling techniques, meet store KPIs such as average basket and units per transaction.
• Operate the till, process payments, handle exchanges, credit notes and manage the customer queue efficiently.
• Process deliveries, stock transfers, and maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Execute loss‑prevention procedures, conduct regular inventories and ensure a clean, tidy shop floor and stockroom.
• Answer phone calls courteously and add customers to the mailing list when appropriate.
