Key Account Manager (Online Travel Agency)

About the role

AEGEAN is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Online Travel Agency (OTA) team. You will develop and manage relationships with global OTA partners, identify commercial opportunities and implement strategies to grow market share and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans, account strategies and negotiate commercial agreements for assigned global OTA key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships.
• Analyze data, results and trends to translate them into actionable measures that maximize revenue opportunities.
• Drive digital sales performance by leveraging data insights, identifying trends and translating them into actionable measures.
• Monitor and optimise OTA platform performance, digital distribution channels, booking flows and connectivity systems.
• Act as the main interface between commercial and technical teams to support implementation of digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• MS Office
• GDS (Global Distribution System) – considered an asset
• Familiarity with online travel websites, booking platforms and digital sales channels
