Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass daily/weekly KPI and sales goals.
• Provide professional makeup application and personalized beauty advice.
• Maintain brand‑standard grooming and visual merchandising.
• Support managers and colleagues by adapting quickly to last‑minute changes.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a high‑traffic beauty, retail or FMCG setting.
• Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and a strong desire to promote it.
• Ability to apply makeup confidently and tailor looks to diverse customer needs.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts in an airport environment.
