Real Estate Sales Executive – REO Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to manage our REO (Real Estate Owned) portfolio in Athens. You will work within a fast‑growing real‑estate services company, interacting with buyers, investors and internal teams to drive successful property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of REO properties and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with potential buyers and investors, conduct viewings and site visits.
• Negotiate offers and follow structured approval processes in line with client guidelines.
• Collaborate with external agencies, brokers, legal and back‑office teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Monitor sales performance, targets and pipeline; prepare KPI and sales performance reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM data for reporting and performance tracking.
• Execute sales strategy according to client guidelines and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably real‑estate or B2C.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, target‑driven and able to work in a structured sales environment.
• Basic understanding of the real‑estate market and good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for KPI reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems for managing contacts and sales pipelines.
