Project Manager – Public Sector ERP

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our UniQue GovERP & Public Sector Financial Services department. You will work closely with public‑sector clients on complex ERP implementations, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project P&L, define gross margin and integrate work packages across teams.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships for large‑scale projects.
• Clarify project scope, objectives and act as primary point of contact.
• Perform risk management, identify opportunities and mitigate issues.
• Collaborate with technical departments to assemble project teams, allocate resources and schedule tasks.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress and oversee procurement.
• Monitor schedule, scope and budget, applying verification techniques and handling changes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field (MSc preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, primarily in the public sector.
• Proven track record of managing at least four complex projects.
• Experience with Greek public‑sector organisations or financial‑management ERP systems is a strong asset.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are advantageous.
