Project Manager – 1 Year Fixed-Term (Telecom)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of international telecommunications services for enterprise and wholesale customers. Working in a hybrid setting from Athens, you will coordinate with local and regional service partners, PCCW operations, and sales teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track deliverables for multiple site implementations across the PCCW Global product suite.
• Serve as the single point of contact for internal and customer kick‑offs, aligning scope with client expectations.
• Provide frequent status updates to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining maximum customer satisfaction.
• Monitor critical milestones, mitigate risks, and coordinate resources with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, including budget and purchase request processes, and maintain accurate project forecasts.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and support project bids as required.

Required profile

• University degree with relevant professional qualifications.
• 5–7 years of experience, including 3–5 years in the telecommunications industry.
• Extensive knowledge of international and managed telecom services and network operations.
• Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers and sales personnel at all levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
