Production Engineer – Cable Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join Hellenic Cables’ manufacturing plant in Thiva. The successful candidate will oversee daily cable production, ensure schedules are met and maintain the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily cable manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns or material shortages to minimise downtime.
• Inspect finished products, analyse production data and enforce safety and quality protocols.
• Prepare technical documentation, production reports and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Validate that new processes are scalable and comply with efficiency and quality criteria.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands, technologies and market conditions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
