Production Supervisor

About the role

DENELPACK is seeking a full‑time Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at its Thívai facility. You will ensure that production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production lines, assign tasks, and manage workforce allocation.
• Resolve operational and mechanical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Optimize production planning, track performance metrics and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
• Provide clear guidance, training and support to team members.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and report production results to management.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring and conflict resolution.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with 3‑5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience in production scheduling, planning and management.
• Solid communication abilities for cross‑functional coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging environments, preferably film or material production.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control practices and basic lean or continuous‑improvement methods.
• Fluency in the local language; working proficiency in English is an asset.
