Production Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our Athens team at Blueprint.gr, a leading printing company focused on high-quality graphic arts. The role is full-time and on-site, supporting daily production activities and ensuring smooth workflow across our printing and finishing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of printing and finishing machines.
• Monitor production lines, perform quality checks on printed materials, and identify any defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Report equipment issues or production delays to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Required profile

• Basic technical or mechanical aptitude with the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, diverse production environment.

Required skills

• Machine operation – setting up, operating, and monitoring printing and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Quality control – inspecting printed materials, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
