Production Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our Athens office in a full‑time, hybrid capacity. The role supports day‑to‑day production activities, coordinating tasks, materials and schedules to keep projects moving smoothly. You will work closely with creative, technical and account teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with production planning and schedule management.
• Monitor workflows and support quality‑control checks.
• Help resolve minor operational issues promptly.
• Prepare, organize and catalogue assets for projects.
• Assist in editing and formatting deliverables for final production.
• Collaborate with creative, technical and account teams on project needs.
• Communicate updates to internal stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.

Required profile

• Strong production assistance skills, including task organization and resource coordination.
• Experience with quality‑control processes to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Customer‑service mindset with clear, professional communication.
• Editing ability for reviewing and refining content or assets.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Comfort using digital tools and platforms common in creative production environments.
• Ability to work on‑site in Athens under a hybrid model and maintain reliable remote work conditions.
