Product Marketing Specialist – Fintech

About the role

Natech Banking Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to shape the positioning and go‑to‑market strategy of its fintech product portfolio. You will work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, turning technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories for financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own product messaging and positioning across the entire portfolio, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Product teams to translate roadmaps, new features, and capabilities into customer‑facing value propositions.
• Align product narratives with Marketing campaigns, content, and brand voice.
• Create and maintain sales collateral and enablement materials such as brochures, one‑pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, and product briefs.
• Support end‑to‑end product launches, from go‑to‑market planning and messaging to coordinated execution.
• Equip Sales with talking points, training, and materials to communicate product value confidently.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform positioning and differentiation.

Required profile

• Strong writer and communicator with a curiosity for both product details and customer needs.
• Experience in B2B marketing dynamics and long sales cycles, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Ability to work across cross‑functional teams with differing priorities.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in creating sales enablement materials (brochures, decks, battlecards).
• Research and analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
